Terms and Conditions of Service

• Our Role: AirTravis is a registered travel management firm and intermediary aggregator headquartered in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu. We assist clients in curating, quoting, and facilitating bookings for flights, hotels and stays, customized holiday packages, chauffeur-driven cars/cabs, airport transfers, bus ticketing across India, activities, visa assistance guidance, and travel insurance.
• Third-Party Travel Providers: AirTravis acts strictly as an agent/intermediary connecting you with third-party consolidators, airlines, hoteliers, and transport operators ("Travel Providers").
• Independent Supplier Contracts: When a booking is finalized, the contract for carriage or accommodation is formed directly between you and the respective Travel Provider. All bookings are subject to the specific Rules, Restrictions, and Conditions of Carriage of those providers.

• Free & Non-Binding Quotes: Quotations provided via web forms, WhatsApp, phone, or email are non-binding estimates offered free of charge until confirmed and funded.
• Dynamic Fares: Travel inventory rates fluctuate in real time. Quoted prices or introductory website deals are indicative and subject to change based on live provider availability.
• Final Ticket Issuance: A reservation is officially confirmed only when real-time availability is verified with the underlying Travel Provider and required payments have fully cleared into the official AirTravis business account.

• Pricing Breakdown: Total package and booking prices presented to clients include underlying provider net costs, applicable administrative planning fees, and agency service markups.
• Payment Schedules: Specific deposit requirements and payment schedules will be stated on your official proposal or invoice. Incomplete or late payments may result in the automatic release of temporary inventory holds by suppliers without liability to AirTravis.
• Statutory Taxes: Invoices are issued in full compliance with Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.

• Supplier Cancellation Terms: Change, cancellation, and refund requests are governed strictly by the policies of the respective airline, hotel, or tour provider. Discounted, promotional, or charter fares are frequently non-refundable under provider rules.
• AirTravis Service Charges: Fees charged by AirTravis for custom itinerary planning and reservation coordination are non-refundable once booking execution has commenced.
• Refund Settlement: Eligible refunds from suppliers will be remitted to the original payment source only after receipt from the respective Travel Provider, subject to applicable bank processing turnaround times.

• Client Responsibility: You are exclusively responsible for ensuring that all travelers possess valid government-approved IDs, passports (with a minimum of 6 months validity from return date), visas, health clearances, and transit documents.
• Visa Guidance: While AirTravis provides application guidance and documentation packaging assistance, visa issuance remains solely within the discretion of foreign consulates and immigration departments. AirTravis is not liable for visa rejections or entry denials.

• Third-Party Conduct: AirTravis shall not be held liable for flight cancellations, schedule revisions, delays, baggage loss, property conditions, strikes, or service defaults caused by third-party Travel Providers.
• Force Majeure: AirTravis is not liable for failure to perform obligations arising from acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, civil unrest, or sovereign governmental restrictions.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our total aggregate liability arising out of any booking shall not exceed the total agency service fee or markup retained by AirTravis for that specific booking.

Users agree not to:

• Submit speculative, false, or fraudulent quote inquiries.
• Scrape, frame, deep-link, or mirror website content using automated bots or manual extraction tools.
• Attempt unauthorized access to administrative servers, payment gateways, or booking systems.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of your relationship with AirTravis shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, India.
