2. Quotes and bookings
- Online quote requests are free and non-binding until confirmed.
- Prices shown on deals are indicative (USD base) and may change until ticketed/confirmed.
- Final confirmation is subject to availability, supplier rules, and full payment as agreed.
3. Payments
Payment methods, timelines, and cancellation fees will be communicated on your quote or invoice. Failed or incomplete payment may result in cancellation of holds.
4. Cancellations and changes
Airline, hotel, and package change/cancel rules apply as per supplier terms. Service fees charged by AirTravis (if any) will be disclosed before you confirm.
5. Travel documents
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, and entry requirements for your destinations. AirTravis can assist with visa guidance but does not guarantee approval by authorities.
6. Limitation of liability
AirTravis is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures of airlines, hotels, or other suppliers beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to fees we charged for the booking service, except where prohibited by law.
7. Website use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to admin areas, or submit false enquiry information.
